Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (whether as an individual or on behalf of a business), and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Leadsit is an AI-powered lead generation platform that helps service-based businesses create, manage, and optimise Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy and audience targeting recommendations based on your business profile.

The platform integrates with Meta's advertising infrastructure via the Meta Graph API. Leadsit is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete business profile information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that the ad content you publish through Leadsit complies with Meta's Advertising Policies and all applicable laws.
• Any claims, disputes, or liability arising from the advertisements you run.

You must not use the platform to create ads that are misleading, illegal, discriminatory, or that violate any third-party rights.

4. Automated Campaign Creation

Our platform offers the ability to create ad campaigns directly on your Meta ad account through the Meta Marketing API. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• (a) You are solely responsible for all ad campaigns created on your account, whether created manually or through our platform.
• (b) Meta may review, flag, or restrict ad accounts that use automated tools to create campaigns. While our platform uses official Meta APIs, we cannot guarantee that Meta will not take action on your account.
• (c) We recommend reviewing all campaigns in Meta Ads Manager before activating them.
• (d) We are not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or financial losses resulting from the use of automated campaign creation.

5. Ad Spend and Meta Billing

When you connect your Facebook Ads account and launch a campaign through Leadsit, the campaign is created in your Meta Ads Manager using your own ad account and billing method. Leadsit does not charge your payment method for ad spend, nor does it hold any funds on your behalf.

Campaigns are created in a paused state. You must manually activate them in Meta Ads Manager. Once active, all spend is charged directly to your Meta billing account. Leadsit bears no responsibility for any costs, charges, or overspend incurred on your Meta account.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

Leadsit offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — limited campaign generations per month, core features included.
• Growth — increased limits, priority AI generation, and advanced analytics.
• Scale — unlimited campaigns, dedicated support, and full feature access.

Paid plan pricing is displayed on the Leadsit pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

7. Intellectual Property

The Leadsit platform, including its design, software, and AI models, is owned by DNK Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ad copy, headlines, and campaign materials generated by the AI on your behalf are provided to you for your own commercial use. We make no claim of ownership over content generated specifically for your business.

You grant us a limited licence to use your business profile data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadsit and DNK Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, failed ad campaigns, or any advertising spend incurred on third-party platforms.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Leadsit in the three months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated content will achieve any particular advertising result or return on investment.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
